Pilates Reformer Classes in Lyman, WY

PILATES REFORMER CLASSES COMING TO BRADSHAW'S FITNESS!
Beginning January 30th Bradshaw's Gym will be offering Pilates Reformer Classes. You DO NOT have to be a member of the gym. However, you will need to sign up for your class in advance as reformers are limited. Walk-ins are welcome if there is an empty reformer. There will be a sign up sheet at the gym right as you walk in the first door or you can call the gym ([removed phone] with your preferred time, name and number so we can return your call.
Also, we would love to know what times are better for you. If there are at least 4 people wanting the same time we will start another class at that time so gather up your friends and see what time/s works for you. There will be a place for you to write this in on the sign up sheet.
WHAT IS PILATES? Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' flexible system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. No muscle group is under or over trained.
